OK, I may have you slapped you guys around a bit on the craft-of-music-making related issues, but at least I wasn't completely oblivious to the concept & humor contained therein. I'll take the fact that you chose to reproduce this here as a hopeful sign that there are no hard feelings. :)
No, we saw this as basically a positive review that gave a clear picture of what we were up to; it would be hard to do that without including the shortcomings.

Glad to hear it, John. FWIW, I reviewed a lot of different stuff for Spotlight back in the day, and did my best to give it all a fair hearing, without sugarcoating anything. Sounds like I may have located the right balance on this one; even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. :)
